    What's does the Powe2Lead Journey involve?

    Set in a luxurious, 5* surroundings, this 2-day overnight retreat programme provides a relaxed space in which to explore your personal and professional vision. Working with a small group of like-minded professionals, you will explore the core pillars of effective self-leadership and mastery. Logistically, your package includes:
    • one night’s stay at Rushton Hall
    • full use of the spa facilities
    • all meals during your stay
    From a developmental standpoint, the content of the programme will touch on the following: Typical modules during the program include:
    • Meditation: The science behind meditation is undeniable, and used in the right way will increase focus, reduce anxiety and make you the master of your thoughts and actions, instead of your thoughts and actions mastering you.

    • Visualisation: After completing meditation practice, we create the space for visualisation of your goals. Not only does this allow your mind to see your achievements in the future sense but reduces the mental roadblocks and noise that disrupt your mindset required to achieve them.

    • Leadership Style: We complete a personality assessment prior to the program to understand where your strengths, weaknesses, drivers and opportunities lie as a leader. By leveraging what makes you effective and covering your blind spots you immediately learn how to lead more authentically and powerfully.

    • Values: We also reflect on your values, uncovered during the Hogan assessment tool. Here you learn how you see yourself, and how you show up to others. This is one of the most important discovery processes for any effective leader.

    • Follow-Up Coaching: After the retreat, we consolidate and lock in your newly developed skills, learning and vision to ensure you get where you need to go and maximise the value you take from your self-mastery journey.

    There are 3 options for you to choose from:

    Option 1: £5,500 plus VAT (£916.00 per month over 6 months) – 9 coaching sessions (1.5 hours) full psychometric suit, & leadership retreat, support in between sessions and follow up workshop
